Breathing practice

The breathe that all human beings and other creatures exercise is a process of inhale and exhale. This breath, if regulated in a certain channel, becomes the life force – it can calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity.

Through breathwork, one can achieve inner peace and potentially experience a sense of union with the divine or the creator. When breathing becomes regulatory, it is called Pranayama. The simplest form is called Sukha Pranayama.

You can regulate your breath as follows:

Sukha Pranayama Cycle
  • Breathe in 4 Seconds
  • Hold 2 Seconds
  • Breathe out 5 Seconds
  • Rest 2 Seconds

If you are conscious of your breath, you can see the divinity within yourself.

Your skin will be glowing and your body will be shining.
